    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant is reviewing respondent’s proposed modifications to the settlement
    agreement, and the parties continue to wait for settlement approval from the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on March 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
       
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
