HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 27, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated for signatures. It was agreed that respondent’s answer or other
pleading is now due to be filed on or before April 21, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference call with the hearing officer on March 31, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference
must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to
the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
