HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On May 13, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties represented that they have reached a settlement and anticipate that

they will be filing an agreed motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter within the next 30 days.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 24, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next

status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
