    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 25, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that they appear to have
    reached a settlement and requested that respondent’s response to complainant’s motion to strike
    or dismiss respondent’s defenses be stayed. That request is granted and will be discussed at the
    next status conference if needed.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on February 23, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
