HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Response and reply filing dates were discussed regarding the various motions
before the Board and the hearing officer. It was agreed and is so ordered that any response to the
stipulation filed by respondent Village of Wauconda must be filed on or before January 26, 2005.
All motions for leave to reply, if any, and the reply it self, regarding the motions and responses
filed by the respective parties, must be filed on or before January 26, 2005. The motions for
leave to reply will be taken under consideration when they are filed, as no ruling has yet been
made on whether to accept them.
