    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 20, 2005, respondents participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. Respondents mailed the signed stipulation and
    settlement agreement to complainant yesterday. If the agreement is filed with the Board before
    the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 3, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
