    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 20, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent is
    making progress on cleaning the site, and will be sending complainant a list of receipts.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 3, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
