HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 20, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the respondent has approved a corrective action
plan and that it will forward a corrective action completion report to the respondent for review in
the near future. Petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline
to and including December 1, 2005.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
May 5, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each
party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
