HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On January 20, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

respondent represented that it is in the process of forwarding additional technical information to

the complainant for its review. The respondent anticipates that the additional technical

information will be forwarded within three weeks.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on March 31,

2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
