HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 19, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that the parties have reached a settlement on another
related matter and the petitioner is at present completing the terms of the settlement agreement.
Once completed, the petitioner represented that it will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 8, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this matter is filed prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be
cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
