HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On January 19, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status. The parties were

directed to research the status of the related enforcement matter prior to the next status

conference. The related enforcement case may resolve the above-captioned matter.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on February 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by

the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
