HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions continue and are hopeful this
matter will be resolved without the necessity of a hearing. The respondents made an oral motion
for an extension of time to file their answer. The complainant had no objection. The
respondents’ motion is granted. Respondents’ answer is now due on or before April 11, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 10, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
