HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they are in the process of settlement discussions.
The respondent made a motion for extension of time to file its answer. The complainant had no
objection. The respondent’s motion is granted. The respondent’s answer is now due on or
before April 18, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 17, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
