HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On January 13, 2005, the respondent informed the hearing officer that it has accepted the

stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation). It will forward the stipulation to the

complainant in the near future.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on March 17, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the stipulation and proposal for settlement. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the status

conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
