I testified at a hearing on the above referenced matter on November 24,

1998.

Certain

pages from a technical reference book titled “Modeling ofIn Situ Techniques for

Treatment ofContaminated Soils” were presented as an exhibit at the hearing.

At that

time, the attorney for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Mr. John Kim,

requested that the complete book be given to the hearing officer.
