HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On January 11, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. By the end of the month, complainant expects to file a complaint in federal

district court under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability

Act. Complainant expects to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this case before the next status

conference. Additionally, respondent’s attorney may soon file a motion to withdraw her

appearance, and will provide the Board with an address for service on respondent.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 29, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

complainant.
