HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that it has no objection to extend the
time of filing the record in this matter to and including April 4, 2005. To that end, respondent is
directed to file the record on or before April 4, 2005. Petitioner represented discussions in the
related enforcement matter are proceeding. The petitioner also represented that it has received a
report by its consultant regarding this permit appeal and will forward it to the respondent for its
review. Petitioner represented that it will file a 60-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
 
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 3, 2005, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
