HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner will file
a motion to voluntarily dismiss upon receiving written confirmation of the settlement agreement
from respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on March 8, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
