HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On January 6, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that progress is being made on a related site cleanup

in an effort to resolve the issues in the above-captioned matter.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on March 10, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
