    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 6, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has recommended a
    penalty amount. Respondent asserts that the penalty demand exceeds his ability to pay, and will
    submit financial information to the Agency so that they may reevaluate the amount.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
       
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
