HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent, nor his
attorney appeared. The complainant represented that it has spoken with the respondent’s new
attorney and she intends to speak to the respondent in the near future. Respondent’s new
attorney is directed to file her appearance. Respondent’s former attorney is directed to file his
notice of withdrawl.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 19, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
