HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On January 5, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic conference with the hearing

officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding, but because of some conflicts,

requested that the discovery cut off date be extended to and including March 14, 2005. The

parties request is granted and the discovery cut off is now March 14, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference on January 27, 2005, at 11;00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be

initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
