HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. As a result of recent discussions, complainant is revising the proposed
stipulation, and respondent is revising the proposed supplemental environmental projects.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 5, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
