HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 21, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that they intend to
modify the discovery schedule and that it appears settlement discussions have been discontinued.
To that end, the modified discovery schedule is as follows: all written discovery (excluding
requests to admit) due to be served on or before January 26, 2005; answers to written discovery
due to be served on or before February 16, 2005; oral discovery cut-off is February 28, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 23, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
