    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 5, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant will be sending respondent a draft
    stipulation and settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on February 9, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
