The Environmental Law &
Policy Center ofthe Midwest (“ELPC”), Prairie Rivers
Network and Sierra Club hereby withdraw their motion to
suspend consideration ofthe proposed
amendments to
the dissolved
oxygen standard.
However, to prevent possible misinterpretation ofthis withdrawal, ELPC, Prairie Rivers
Network and Sierra Club state that some or all of the arguments made in support ofthe motion to
suspend may be reasserted as reasons for the Board to
deny thepetition to amend the dissolved
oxygen standards in whole or in
part.
