    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 27, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s inspectors have revisited the site, and respondent now has a
    better understanding of what needs to be done. For the next status conference, the parties will
    work out a timeline for completion.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 27, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
