    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to attend. As
    last reported, complainant was sending additional photographs to respondent’s attorney.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on January 20, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
