HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to attend.
Complainant left a message that it would send respondent the draft stipulation and settlement
agreement today.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on January 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
