    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 21, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties were
    still expecting a change at the facility by the end of the year that would eliminate the need for
    this permit appeal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
