HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On December 21, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent has sent a final confirmation letter, and petitioner will dismiss this

appeal as soon as it receives payment.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.

Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline for this case.
