$110,000 over a 3 month period to continue recycle their spent silica sand

at my indoor location in Sycamore II after I was locked out ofthe

Zimmerman property.

accounting

for the equipment I

purchased with

that $110,000 to

recycle and

treat if

necessary

the

sand after r&noval

ofthe

scrap metals

from

the sand

I feel the

State is so

eager

to run me over that they have

failed to disclose everything they know

about Sycamore Illinois and

the money.. I have

invested almost

all the $110,000. in equipment to

do exactly what I have

said

all along. My business

was

never a

scam

but was alegitimate scrap

metal

reclaiming

operation from

two

alternate raw materials ,#1- recovered brass

metals

and #2-

cleaned silica sand

and

at the Sycamore site there was in place, a brand new treatment plant I

purchased with

Sloan money. At the time,

this

plant

was

the only treatment recommended bythe

California Cast Metals Assoc.
