HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 23, 2004, the respondent filed a motion for an extension of time to respond
to complainant’s motion to strike or dismiss respondent’s defenses. The complainant has not
filed a response. The respondent’s motion is granted. Respondent’s response is due to be filed
on or before January 11, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 6, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
