HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 9, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
parties represented that a settlement has been reached and that the complainant is drafting and
circulating a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) for review. It was agreed that
discovery is stayed, including respondent’s answer, pending the outcome of the stipulation.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
