    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On December 7, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties have reached a settlement agreement,
    although petitioner does not plan to dismiss these dockets until payment is received.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
