    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 7, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent still has not filed the record, and
    petitioner has not been able to reach respondent by telephone. Respondent is again directed to
    file the record before the next telephone status conference, and to contact petitioner to discuss
    this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on January 11, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
