HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On December 7, 2004, complainant and respondent Caryle Michel participated in a

telephone status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant reports that it has taken about

seven depositions, and still has one more to take. Complainant just learned where the final

witness works, and expects to serve him the subpoena soon. Respondent Michel has made a

settlement offer which is currently under advisement at the Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 17, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be

prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
