HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 2, 2004, the complainant informed the hearing officer that it had a
scheduling conflict regarding the December 20, 2004, telephonic status conference. The
complainant represented that the respondent had no objection to rescheduling the status
conference to January 2005. To that end, the December 20, 2004, telephonic status conference is
canceled and is rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 4, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
