    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 6, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are still looking into whether respondent owns part of the property
    on which the violations are alleged.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
