    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On December 2, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they remain hopeful that Senate Bill 9-11 will be
passed in the next session and its passage would obviate the need for a hearing in this matter.
The petitioners represented that they will file a 90–day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer is scheduled for January 20, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
