HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On December 1, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that it submitted the revision regarding the septic

permit to the county on November 15, 2004 and is under review. Once approved, the Village of

Grayslake (Village) will be in a position to issue a building permit. The parties also represented

that they had a settlement meeting on November 17, 2004, and that the Village is in the process

drafting revisions for the settlement agreement.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on January 6, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
