    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 2, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to exchange information
    needed for settlement of this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
