HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On December 2, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status

conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties had

begun the preliminary matters required for resolution of this complaint under the Comprehensive

Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Complainant expected to

file a CERCLA complaint with the federal district court by the end of October, 2004, and then

the parties were going to meet to negotiate settlement terms.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 11, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant.
