HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On November 24, 2004, the complainant informed the hearing officer that this matter is

close to settlement and requested that another telephonic status conference be scheduled for 60

days. It was agreed that respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due to be filed on or

before February 28, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference call with the hearing officer on January 27, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference

must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own

appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the

above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
