HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On November 30, 2004, the parties contacted the hearing officer separately regarding this

matter. Respondent will send additional information to petitioner’s attorney within the next

week, and the parties will then discuss whether this appeal may be dismissed.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 11, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
