The Board has received suggested corrections to the transcript from Water Remediation
Technologies, LLC (WRT), the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency), the
Metropolitan Water Reclamation District ofGreater Chicago (MWRD), and the City ofJoliet.
On November 12, 2004, the Agency and WRT filed an errata sheet and motion to correct the
hearing transcript, respectively. Also on November 12, 2004, the MWRD filed suggested
corrections to the transcript in the form of a public comment. On November
23,
2004, the City
ofJoliet filed a motion to file
instanter
an errata sheet to correct transcript errors. The hearing
officer grants WRT’s motion to correct the hearing transcript, and the City of Joliet’s motion to
file
instanter
its errata sheet. The hearing officer also accepts the Agency’s errata sheet and
MWRD’s suggested corrections.
Below is a compiled list ofthe corrections to be made to the transcripts of the most recent
hearing, held October 21 through 22, 2004 in Chicago. As soon as they become available, the
corrected transcripts will be posted on the Board’s website.
Again, as discussed at hearing and in the last hearing officer order, the first-notice public
comment period ends December 8, 2004. The following changes will be made to the October
