    On November 23, 2004 , the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are going to make one more attempt to settle this matter without
    hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant.
