NOW COMES the City of Joliet by its attorneys, Gardner Carton & Douglas LLP, and
requests that the Hearing Officer allow the filing of the attached limited Errata Sheet to correct
some of the many errors in the Transcript ofthe October 21 and 22, 2004 hearings. Due to the
press of other business and certain health issues, the City ofJoliet and its counsel were unable to
file this by the requested date of November 12, 2004. The corrections have been previously
forwarded to the Hearing Officer by e-mail.
WHEREFORE the reasons stated herein, the City of Joliet requests that the Hearing
Officer grant this Motion for Leave to File Instanter and acc
