HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it has reviewed the facility plan and will
forward a letter to the petitioner for its review in the near future. The respondent anticipates that
another meeting will take place between the parties prior to the next status conference addressing
the issues set forth in the letter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on January 20, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
