    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 18, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that it still needs to perform one
    additional boring and then it will complete a corrective action report and submit it to the
    respondent for review in anticipation of a no further remediation letter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on February 3, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing
